Damaged or Lost Packages

We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order. If damaged, send a photo of the damaged item(s) and we will replace them with like items.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used food items. This policy ensures the safety, quality, and integrity of our products for all customers.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@castle-and-bay.com or text (503) 503-8884. Include your order number, name, and clear photos of the issue. We will happily provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.
