We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. This ensures your order is delivered securely and efficiently. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination.  There are no additional or hidden fees.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Timelines

Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress on the USPS website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping to US only.

  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at MyCastleandBay@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order. If damaged, send a photo of the damaged item(s) and we will replace them with like items.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at MyCastleandBay@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order. If damaged, send a photo of the damaged item(s) and we will replace them.

We have a 10-day return policy. Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unopened item. Return shipping is at your expense and discretion. Return item to 314 N. Hayden Bay Dr, Portland, OR 97217.
