Made with rare white truffles foraged in Oregon, this salt offers a lighter, more aromatic take on truffle flavor. It's garlicky, mushroomy, and slightly floral - less earthy than black truffle, but every  bit as luxurious. A whisper of this salt can elevate even the simplest dish into something memorable.

 

Tastes like: mushroomy, garlicky richness with a hint of wild earth.

 

Pairs well with: creamy pastas, eggs, risotto, mashed potatoes, roasted cauliflower, asparagus, and popcorn (pair BUTTER with WHITE TRUFFLE for complexity).
